To install you can use Apple Configurator 2:

Please, follow the steps for installing the application:

1. Link your device to your Mac computer, and launch Apple Configurator 2

2. Click on the add button to choose the app to be installed on the device

Choose app tab from dropdown list of options

3. Click Choose from my Mac... button and select the .ipa file from the location where you downloaded it.

Now wait till the app is installed on the device. Enjoy!!
